“Good morning.
Today we want to get technical. We want to explain to you the workings of water.
You are already aware of the uniqueness of water as a fluid that can take different shapes. You already know that water contains communication. How do you listen to those communications? By taking in the purest water you can get.
Once the water enters your body, the communication starts. Your body cells absorb the water and the messages go from your body cells to your brain.
Water always has a purifying action. You need to take in as much water every day as you feel comfortable with. Listen to your body. And take in water, not diluted water. In fact, there is no such thing as diluted water. You use water to dilute other substances. When you do that, the message from the water is put aside and the energy of the water focuses on cleansing the substance. Rather take in pure water and get a pure message. Try it and feel the difference.
