The SMIT method is an intensive one-to-one personal transformative experience to deal with trauma such as widowhood,  terminal illness or divorce, and also with any other life crisis.

It is designed to identify and get rid of all your limiting thoughts and decisions, and all outdated inhibitions that keep you away from inner peace and self-esteem.

You will understand why you got stuck where you are.  Then you will resolve all the outdated barriers and move to spiritual and emotional integration and wholeness.   You will become comfortable in your own skin again and become aware of the ‘real’ you.

Why apply the SMIT method?

Our daily lives are full of experiences where we find ourselves off balance, or even traumatised. Any such experiences result in physical and emotional symptoms with a spiritual cause.  Your entire life is redefined by the experience but you are not redefined at the same pace.

Trauma results in our entire worlds getting turned upside down.  As a result we struggle to cope with many tasks and experiences that we have always taken for granted.  We doubt our own sanity and even experience physical dis-ease that we have never had before.  Life seems to be a strange place that we no longer know.

When you are beyond your inner threshold you will feel stressed, exhausted, a stranger to yourself and uncomfortable in your own body.  You experience emotions that are alien to you, such as excessive anger towards family, friends and strangers.  You feel cheated and maybe even guilty for things that you cannot put into words.

At this point you have a choice. You can spend the rest of your life feeling like a victim.  You can accept that your life will never be “normal” again and enter a lonely no-mans-land.  You can become aware of experiences that you cannot logically explain and either deny them or be too scared to live your life.

OR you can break through that inner threshold and re-build your life, internal systems and strategies so that you can get ease and joy back into your life.  You can get rid of emotions that destroy your health, like guilt, anger, resentment and loneliness.

You will break through the barriers and move to emotional and spiritual integration and wholeness.

This accelerated success programme will teach you to manage and not only overcome your current new status of being single again or accepting your terminal dis-ease, but dealing with any other related challenges in your life.  You will get a complete understanding of life and who you are, get your health back, and improve relationships, especially the one with yourself.

  • How the SMIT method works

    People deal with conflict and trauma in many different ways.  Your SMIT method will be uniquely tailored for your needs, situation and goals.  Your programme might be outlined, planned and structured during regular meetings, or we might use a more flexible approach that allows us to make changes as we go along as your situation evolves.

    The SMIT Method usually consists of the following:

  • Tasking between sessions
  • Feedback and support for tasking
  • The programme uses a variety of proven coaching and therapeutic techniques and processes, as well as unique new approaches which are quote powerful.

    Men and women from the age of 20 will all benefit from the SMIT method.
